If you do not already know about the Rebel Realm podcast, be sure to check out our last blog post for more information! In short, Rebel Realm: The Cosplay Realm Podcast is a new venture that has been long in the making! We recently recorded the first episode of the podcast using our Yeti microphone from Blue, and it was such a seamless experience!
The microphone was so easy to set up, you just plug it into your computer's USB drive! It has an array of recording options for different situations, which is great for anyone needing a microphone no matter what your reason! We recorded using the "Bidirectional" mode, which records from both the front and back of the microphone. This makes it great for recording two people!
The sound quality of the Yeti microphone is INCREDIBLE! We were both so thrilled upon listening to our first recordings with it! Even our test recordings we did when setting up the microphone sounded amazing! The Yeti microphone is compatible with both Windows and Mac computers, and works with many different recording programs too!
The microphone itself comes in a variety of color options, which is great for perfecting your set up. We chose to have our microphone in the "Whiteout" shade, an all white appearance. We personally loved this shade because it was neutral and could go with many different set ups while also standing out on it's own!
