We here at Cosplay Realm hope that you’re all having a wonderful December! December is such a nice time of year with the start of winter and all of the holidays going on. It’s also the end of the year, a perfect time for reflecting on everything that has happened in the last twelve months!

Cosplay Realm Magazine’s twenty first issue was released this month and we’ve been hearing great things from all of you guys about it! This December we held an open theme, accepting as many submissions as we could get into the magazine! This has to have been one of our biggest issues yet in terms of amount of people involved. It’s crazy to look back at last December’s issue which only had a fraction of the people this year’s issue had!

We got to publish some incredible articles this month in Cosplay Realm written by some fantastic creators! One of those articles was written by Starsplat on her Princess Jasmine cosplay and how she tied her family heritage into the costume. It was so cool to see a look into such a beautifully made costume!

Another huge article we brought back from last year’s issue was our holiday gift guide section! We’ll be publishing more about that on here later, but to give those of you who haven’t seen it yet a sneak peek; here are a few of the incredible brands we got to work with! Merchoid, CoKanCo, AnimeStuffStore, Big Bad Toy Store, and Boxuchan! Be sure to visit the Cosplay Realm blog later this month for a more in depth look at the gift guide!

We also conducted some AWESOME interviews this month with a few creators that we think you’ll love! We spoke with Stellara Nebula about her cosplay, photography, and cosmetology and we got to interview Anarkee about influencing and fashion! This month we also revisited one of our favorite creators, Sweet Bitz! Sweet Bitz was formerly featured in the Women of Pop Culture issue of Cosplay Realm in our fashion section. It was great to catch up and learn more about the behind the scenes of being a designer and running a business!

And of course, this issue wouldn’t be here without our fantastic cover cosplayer, Steakpresident! We spoke to her in this issue about mental health, positivity, and her love for Sakura Haruno from Naruto!
